Sesame Crusted Tofu Buddha Bowl


If there’s one kind of meals that I never get tired of, it’s definitely Buddha bowls. Why do I love them so much? Because 1) It’s cozy and comforting. 2) Easy to eat 3) It’s healthy and LOADED with different flavours and textures.

This particular Buddha bowl comes with maple marinated tofu coated in sesame seeds, spice roasted yams, quinoa, avocado, greens, and our infamous garlic hummus!
