Protein Cookies: (2) Pumpkin Protein & (2) Dbl Choco Coconut


Pumpkin Protein: We had to continue the pumpkin theme, but do our own version by using pumpkin seeds instead of pumpkin puree. This is hearty, flavourful, and is exactly how I am going to start my morning all month long 🙂

Double Chocolate Coconut: A favourite that has been constant on our menu now for many months! We can’t take it off for the simple fact that I am afraid that I will be hunted down and forced to bake batches for everyone haha These babies sell like hot cakes…or cookies, I should say 🙂
